To continue their investment in the Kitsap Peninsula, the St. Michael Medical Center, Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, engaged Dena Rigby as the art advisor for the new Patient Tower completed in December 2025. This tower has been part of the hospital’s expansion plans since 2017, with a connection to the main hospital via a fifth-floor skybridge adding four floors to the facility. Rigby’s work continued her mission of acquisition and placement of artwork from local artists and galleries, maintaining the vision of the artwork inspired by the natural beauty of the region.
