Rigby was engaged as the art advisor for the new St. Michael Medical Center in Silverdale, WA, as a part of the Virginia Mason Franciscan Health hospital system. NBBJ Architects in Seattle designed the facility and Rigby oversaw the Art Committee, acquisitions, and placement of all new and preexisting artwork in the facility.
